Handsfree Driving Law…

Soon coming to Nevada.

Similar to California, Nevada will soon be putting handsfree driving laws into effect to cut down on automobile accidents.

Here’s what we know so far:

-Drivers under the age of 18 will be fully prohibited from speaking on the phone while driving.
-Drivers 18 and over will be able allowed use a hands-free device while driving.
-Passengers will not be affected by this law.
-Phones with the Push-to-Talk feature will still be in violation of the law.
-Drivers will be allowed to use the speakerphone function on their wireless phones.

In order to avoid violating this law, bluetooth headsets are available for purchase at any of our locations.
